Turn your favourite bottlegreen cordial into an easy no-churn elderflower & lime ice cream! 🍨🌿🍋‍🟩

Ingredients (6 servings):
300 ml double cream
60 ml bottlegreen elderflower cordial
150 ml condensed milk
1tbsp no-fat Greek yoghurt
1 lime zest

Instructions:
Whip the cream and cordial into soft peaks. Taste and add more cordial if needed. Gently whip in the remaining ingredients, spoon into a container, and freeze for 24 hours.

Best enjoyed in your favourite sunny spot. ☀️

Raspberries
Sparkling water
Mint to garnish

🥭 Mango & Passionfruit Iced Tea:
30ml bottlegreen mango & passionfruit cordial,
150ml chilled unsweetened Earl Grey tea,
10ml fresh lemon juice,
Lemon to garnish
Ice cubes.

🌿 Pomegranate & Wild Elderflower Spritz:
25ml bottlegreen pomegranate & elderflower cordial,
Fresh pomegranate seeds,
Mint to garnish,
Squeeze of lime juice,
Sparkling water,
Ice cubes.
