Hello and welcome to MR X Food Co.
We are a family-run mobile food trailer based in Derbyshire.
What started as an idea quickly turned into a much bigger journey than we ever expected.
In April 2025, we ordered our food trailer and began building our dream from the ground up.
Months of planning, waiting, deliveries, assembling equipment, certificates, inspections, and countless hours of work later, we are finally getting ready to serve our first customers.
Over the coming weeks, we'll be sharing the full journey from ordering the trailer overseas, to building it, preparing for launch, and eventually serving at events across the region.
