A little bit of excitement here in Catalunya as we meet our potentially new wine suppliers Santiago and Mariana. A lovely couple who showed us around their estate in Emporda in the north east coastal region and were very generous with their wine samples. Will be bringing back Botera a blend of garnacha and carignan for regulars to sample at forthcoming events. An “elegant” wine with hints of dark fruit and spices and a silky finish. Delicious!
