🤎𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙞𝙚 & 𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙡 🧡

I just love this granola! 40g for a healthy fibre choice. I mixed it with a Stracciatella Kvarg (0.5 swip) and mango 🥭 & banana 🍌 (both free foods).
Faced the scales this morning even though I knew it wouldn’t be good after 2 meals out this week.
1/2 pound on so not as bad as I thought it would be. Today marks the start of a new week! Let’s do this 💪🏻

🇹🇭 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙞 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣, 𝙎𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙋𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤 𝙒𝙚𝙙𝙜𝙚𝙨 🍠 & 𝙍𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙗𝙤𝙬 𝙎𝙡𝙖𝙬 🌈

SW’s twist on a Thai takeaway 🥡 tonight from the SW Kitchen. The sweet potatoes 🍠 and marinated chicken were oven cooked and the coleslaw was really easy to make. Very tasty 😋 with red cabbage, red onion, carrot 🥕, mangetout 🫛 fresh mint & fresh coriander 🌿 lime zest 🍋‍🟩 and juice along with soya sauce and fat free Greek 🇬🇷 yogurt. An amazing coleslaw!
A lovely summers night tea and definitely deserves 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

🩷I love these overnight oats 🤎

40g is a healthy fibre choice. Just mix with 80ml of milk 🥛 and leave in the fridge overnight. The next morning I add a Kvarg quark and give it a good mix then top with fruit 🫐 🍓
