🎄 THE SECRET’S OUT! 🎄

We’re incredibly excited to announce that Mainline Spirit Co. is partnering with the Ideal Home Show Christmas at Olympia London as the show’s Official Spirits Partner! 🥃✨

This Christmas, we’ll be bringing Mainline to London and hosting a whole programme of interactive cocktail-making workshops throughout the show — showcasing our award-winning spirits, sharing a little distilling know-how and, of course, making some seriously good festive drinks.

It’s by far our biggest event partnership to date, and seeing our little Somerset distillery heading to Olympia feels pretty special.

If you hadn’t already guessed… Rich has been off on a bit of a working tour of Tayside 🥃🍺🍷

A few days spent getting behind the scenes at distilleries, a winery, maltsters and breweries — seeing how other producers do things, learning a lot, pinching a few ideas 👀 and coming home with plenty more of our own.

One of the most reassuring discoveries? Even at a much bigger scale, everyone is still running around like headless chickens. 😂 Turns out that bit doesn’t change.

A huge thank you to Dean and Nikki from the CIBD Scottish Section for organising, hosting and introducing us to some brilliant people along the way.

🍏 Introducing Taunton Gin & Taunton Rum 🥃

They’re finally here.

Inspired by the town we proudly call home, we’re delighted to launch Taunton Gin and Taunton Rum, now available on our website and in the pub.

These aren’t just new labels—they’re a celebration of Somerset.

Taunton Gin is a handcrafted London Dry Gin that combines classic juniper, delicate floral botanicals and a subtle hint of crisp Somerset apple, creating a smooth, refreshing gin with true local character.

Taunton Rum is matured with apple wood before being finished with fresh green apples, producing a beautifully smooth rum that captures the flavour of Somerset’s famous orchards in every sip.

Both bottles feature some of Taunton’s most recognisable landmarks, including the Market House, Taunton Castle and the railway that helped shape our town, brought together beneath the Somerset Wyvern.
