In search of peace we often lose sight of little happiness around her in easy reach...what is peace ? What is happiness? Is it fragments of tiny moment of happiness that we can relate to peace ? We always forget to cherish the little moments we get to ourselves and keep thriving for something unseen and only exists in our imaginary world. This Sunday morning enjoying a hot mug of tea sitting in front of my fireplace ...I'll enjoy this moment of peace for myself .

Since everyone else were having proper pasta bake for dinner I managed to steer away from my temptation and quickly chopped some lettuce , added a tin of mackerel in spicey tomato sauce, threw some black olive, grated some cheese , sprinkled black pepper ad microwaved for 1 n half minutes.

Easy, quick,tasty and filling.
