🥟 Gyoza Laksa-style soup 🥟 A Waitrose & Partners recipe Sam tried at the weekend and WOW a new favourite! Packed full of flavour, the creamy coconut soup is filled with noodles, veg and topped with gyoza of choice (we had itsu chicken! Amazing 🤩 )

✨Heat oil in a pan and cook your veg of choice for 2-3 mins

✨Add in 90g laksa paste and continue to cook for 2 mins

✨Stir in 400ml coconut milk + 150ml chicken stock and simmer for 8 mins

✨Cook your gyoza + udon noodles as per packet instructions then add to a bowl and ladle your soup on top!🥟🍜

All ingredients from Waitrose including itsu gyoza, noodles + chicken broth 🫶🏼

🌞 Emma Scaife 🌞 A lovely brunch in the sun on Friday!

Tropical cooler + breakfast burritos 🌯🥭🍍

Packed with bacon, cheese, tomato, avocado + chilli jam! We could have shared one really as the portion was huge! Absolutely delicious 😍

The homemade cakes + sandwiched looked incredible too!🤩

🔥 The Shakespeare Inn🔥 Never fails 😍

Maybe I need to try something different but I get the lamb korma every single time because it’s just so good 😂

Garlic cheese naan + cheese chips are also a must!

Possibly the first ever time Sam hasn’t got a sizzler 😮 But he loved the lamb madras! 100% worth a visit ✨

🍳 Bod Newport 🍳 One of our favourite locals spots for coffee + a bite to eat! ☕️

Last weekend we had the avocado, egg + feta on toast with pink pickled onion as well as the full English - both delicious 😍

I’ve never had Avo + egg with feta or pickled onion but they worked so well!

Super dog friendly too (Ted’s favourite 🐶)

🍔 The Beefy Boys Shrewsbury 🍔 The best burgers!!😍

Kept it ‘simple’ this time with the American boy - 2 smash patties, double American cheese, bacon, onion, gherkin, ketchup + mustard 🍔

Millionaires fries to share - Parmesan, truffle oil and an incredible chipotle mayo dip 🍟

These burgers are just so tasty and fully loaded! The menu has so many incredible options to choose from it’s hard to decide! We skipped the Mac + cheese balls + chicken tenders this time but they’re also amazing!!🤩

🥐 Lidl GB pastry platter 🥐

I currently have no kitchen due to a renovation so when the girls came to stay, the only option was coffee and pastries in the garden (and I am NOT complaining) 🫐🍓

I LOVE Lidl bakery and buy from there probably more than I should 🤣 it’s hard to choose a favourite! Possibly the chocolate hazelnut croissant or a cheese twist!

🥐 Medicine Bakery + Kitchen 🥐

The perfect coffee + pastry stop in Codsall! There are sooo many incredible pastries to choose from, it’s hard to decide! We went for the strawberry cheesecake brioche, pain au chocolat + summer fruit cheesecake brioche 🍓

We also tried the French toast which was thickkkk and the eggs benedict! All with some tasty coffee ☕️

Would definitely recommend a visit for a sweet treat but would advise booking on a weekend, it gets busy!

There are also a few locations in Birmingham!✨

🍕 Pizza Da Strada🍕

Always unreal pizzas from here! Their van was at our local pub The New Inn last weekend and this was just what I needed! Flavourful pepperoni on loads of cheese and a fluffy base 😍

A bit sad to share this with Sam as I probably could have had a full one to myself 🤣

🩵Immi’s Cakes & Bakes🩵

Immi + Corey catered for our Newport Cricket Club ladies day the weekend and what a TREAT!🤩

We all know how incredible their cakes are, so I was really looking forward to some savoury treats too!😍

The most delicious selection from Sandwiches, bacon + cheese flips, sausage rolls and my fave cheese and pineapple sticks!🍍🧀

Followed by vanilla slices, brownie, blondie + lemon drizzle cake!🍰

Everything was amazing and I could have eaten it all again the next day! Shame there was nothing left to take home 🤣🥲
