Maybe once upon a time you bought "Prawn Tempura" or "Chicken with Tempura Butter" from the supermarket? 👀

You got home, warmed it up in oven or air fryer meticulously following instructions. You're hungry, maybe even a little excited because you feel a bit alternative or middle class because you chose a Japanese style food rather than a chicken kiev🇯🇵🤴👸

Then you take the first bite, something is wrong 😰

It tastes like dog sh*t 💩

Of course it does. I have been there, you're not the only one.

Not because Tempura is bad food, but because Supermarket wants you to think that you're eating tempura. 💀

We do normally love a little flag in Japan on children's meals though 🚩🇯🇵😊

No filter needed! 😎 Slow cooked Turkey version of Japanese curry

One of our best seller this year was the slow cooked Japanese beef curry 🍛😋

From next month to Christmas 🎄 we're going to be doing slow cooked Turkey curry. I could bet you no other Japanese restaurants would do this locally around me 😏

I have other festive surprise and events to announce in the coming weeks while we take a little break this month.

Slow Cooked Turkey Curry may become available to pre-order in medium/large quantities around Christmas/Boxing days in Telford to be enjoyed at homes. If you are interested then please get in touch for a quotation 😋

It's been a pleasure 2026 car season!
A pop up food stall born out of the car community, serving at the car show 😍 couldn't have asked for a better finish.

Seems like it's nothing, just a bit of sauce in a pot.

This is me making teriyaki sauce from scratch.

Why? Because shop bought Teriyaki sauce doesn't taste right over here.

Little things add up to make the flavour of our dish. You don't see the details, but it's the little details we don't skip in the prep 😏
