These kids have to understand me, and why I cook, and they definitely don't always get what they want. Once they are in bed, my mask and hair net are on and the cooking continues.

That's why it's so important to make time like this ✈️⛱️🐘🦒 Yes we can play, and eat whatever you want to.

A little holiday for us. Nothing fancy or crazy, but much needed.

JDM Chef will be OOO next 7days, but we will come back with big news in June and strong return at High Ercall on 03/06. So watch this space 👀

Fresh delivery from BLAUMANN 🤩🍳
I had the identical sets for a while but it was time to freshen up ready for more JDM Chef adventures 😁

These are great value and quality pots and pans, highly recommend them if you are looking to replace your existing ones 🙌

Looking forward to cooking so many dishes using these for you all 🧑‍🍳🇯🇵

We are now set up ready to go at serving Japanese food!

We were very busy between 11:30-12:30 last time so make sure you're here in good time! 😉

Throw back to yesterday's Chicken Katsu Bento Box prep 🤩

Absolutely loved preparing these beautiful boxes full of freshly cooked dishes.

These are perfect for corporate events, birthday parties and other occasions where you would like to feed people fast but don't want a boring sandwich.

Big week for us here at JDM Chef 🧑‍🍳

Pride and Joy vehicle meeting at High Ercall tomorrow from 5:30pm

Lakeside Plant and Garden Centre on Saturday 9th from 10:30am

I have been cooking a lot! Lots of late nights, early mornings and prep hours 😵

But it's all going to be worth it 😊 when I see everyone enjoying the Japanese food. Nothing is more comforting than home cooked meals 🏡
