With reduced daylight and our hens’ natural moulting period, egg production is currently very low.

Sorry we’ve been a bit quiet — the days are shorter, the weather’s dreary, and our hens are in the middle of their autumn moult. 🐔🍂 They’re taking a well-earned rest while they grow new feathers, which means fewer eggs for a little while. Thanks for understanding and for supporting our happy hens through every season. 💛
I will always try and put orders together but may take a bit longer than usual.

Hello,

My name is Clare and I live rural just outside Much Wenlock. I rescue hens from slaughter, which can be quite addictive. I currently have 48 girls who I have nurtured from coming to me nervous, thin and many not seen daylight. I love seeing them come alive, roaming free and loving life.

I sell my fresh eggs for £1.30 for half dozen and sell them from our business unit at Tweedale Industrial Estate in Telford.

Please message me if you would like some fresh eggs. All I ask is that I get at least a days notice so I can bring them in from home.

Your unwanted egg boxes are always welcome.
