Well, what can I say - I can't wait to get home!!!!!

For many a reasons this holiday was certainly better than last year's, however it has still had it's challenges.

Thank you to my wonderful and amazing sister for holding the fort, taking care of Mom, and just being an all round superstar - love you!!

Thank you to everyone that has messaged sending love, asking when I'll be back baking, or just saying hello. I can't wait to see you in person!!

Thick pistachio kunafa sandwiched in between chocolate fudge cake, chcolate ganace with more chocolate ganache to decorate.

Hello!!!!!

I know, I know, it's been a while! I'm sorry. I wanted to make sure my foot was fully better, and that I was all ready to return to markets/full strength without giving false hope.

Brookakery will be coming back strong with markets, regular orders, and our 2nd Birthday celebrations. Mix that with general chit chat and seeing you lovely lot, well that's an awesome mix!!

Taking bookings/regular orders from 22nd August.
Brandon market 27th August.
Thetford market 29th August.
Brookakery 2nd Birthday 1st September!

I'll be posting more info with special offers/items/bakes and the opening of the Christmas bookings!!!!

Miss you all and can't wait to be back seeing and serving you ######

It's been a while - sorry! This little video is a depiction of my mind lol!

Lots has happened but mostly the moon boot is off and I'm starting to build strength in my foot again!!! Hooray!!!!!!!

I'm off on holiday next week but will post updates of plans for my return - 27th August at Brandon Market and 29th August at Thetford Market - can't wait to be back, see you all, and celebrate Brookakery's 2nd birthday!!!
