✈️ UPDATE: Scott & Jake’s Charity Skydive Has Been Rescheduled ✈️

Unfortunately, due to the strong winds forecast for today, Scott and Jake’s charity skydive has had to be postponed for safety reasons.

The good news is that the jump has now been rearranged for Saturday 11th July, giving the lads an extra week to prepare themselves… and giving us all an extra week to help them hit their fundraising target! 💪

Scott and Jake will still be taking on the incredible challenge of jumping from 15,000ft – the highest tandem skydive available in the UK, all in aid of Ronald McDonald House Charities UK ❤️

She is passionate about helping to create an inclusive and welcoming workplace, and her commitment to supporting both colleagues and customers shines through every day. Alongside being operationally brilliant, Selina also played a huge part in helping the team raise an incredible £400 for Ronald McDonald House Charities UK.

Her positivity, dedication and willingness to go the extra mile make her a truly deserving Employee of the Month.

🪂 ONLY 4 DAYS TO GO! 🪂

This Saturday, Scott and Jake from our restaurant group will be taking on an incredible challenge as they jump from 15,000 feet to raise money for the fantastic Ronald McDonald House UK

And in true go-big-or-go-home fashion, we’ve now upgraded the jump to 15,000ft – the highest skydive available in the UK! 😱✈️

The team have already raised an amazing amount, and we’re now just £174 away from our £1,300 target. We’d love to hit that milestone before they take the leap on Saturday.

Every donation, no matter how small, helps support families with seriously ill children when they need it most. ❤️

A huge congratulations to Liam Sharpley on his promotion to 1st Assistant Manager.

After making a real impact at McDonald’s Thorne, Liam has earned a well-deserved promotion and will now be taking the next step in his career with a move to our McDonald's Goole restaurant.

Liam’s hard work, dedication and positive attitude have not gone unnoticed, and we’re incredibly proud to see him progress within the business.

Whilst we’ll be sorry to see him leave Thorne, we know he’ll be a fantastic addition to the team at Goole.
