Coalfield Flower Farm We're a social enterprise improving mental health through growing cut flowers This is all made possible through our beautiful range of seasonal organic flowers.

Coalfield Flower Farm is social enterprise improving mental health through growing cut flowers. Our vision is to to create a beautiful, nurturing and sustainable farm in which people, flowers and wildlife can thrive and grow. We exist to provide a place where people with a range of mental health and wellbeing problems can access nature and the therapeutic benefits of horticulture whilst gaining confidence and transferable skills. Our flowers are carefully nurtured and grown through collaboration with volunteers and trainees. We grow flowers for local businesses (farm shops, florists, and cafes) and individuals through click and collect or local delivery.

We spent the day with Andy and Brydie, two of our directors. Along with Dan, their job is to make sure Coalfield Flower Farm is run safely, responsibly and with plenty of fresh ideas. They hold us to account, bring different perspectives and make sure we're not burning out along the way. And they're a huge amount of fun to hang out with. We're really lucky to have them 😊

This was a serious amount of fun! A large flamboyant floral ring, jubilant table centres, exuberant planters and joyous bouquets - loved it!

This wedding came at the end of a heatwave week when many flower farms (including ours) were struggling with the drought. We had to call on our flower farming buddies for extra stems and they delivered!! Many thanks to Katharine Notley Riverview Flower Farm Wild & Welsh Flower Farm for supplying some fabulous blooms 🌼
