Target was 61 lb before Xmas , smashed that so upped it to 75 , well, i have now lost 92 lb and i am on a break until New Year , will try and be sensible ( ish ) over Christmas

Excuse my grammar but i am using speak to text because I’m a lazy bu**er 😂

Well i am now celebrating the one year anniversary of the start of my diet and although I have come off it quite a few weeks ago I haven’t actually put on as much weight as I expected in fact this last two weeks I have been eating normal and I have actually lost 1 lb LOL.

I cannot go back to eating big meals. I cannot go back to eating crap. I have tried but it just doesn’t agree with me for example yesterday I had a small burger and chips but hardly any chips and I hadn’t eaten for 27 hours literally halfway through the meal I was absolutely stuffed and bloated and I had company who had the same dinner and that person couldn’t manage all of their burger and chips and normally I would have wolfed down theres as well but nope, not this time so here we have it one year exactly 6 stone loss. Yes I have put on one stone 2 lb but I am more comfortable around 15 stone ISH.

I have lost 15” from my waist and 11” from my chest. Heck even my size 12 plates of meat are now an 11 😂

There is one thing that has grown though 😛😊😂😂😂😂😂😂🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

I will still be monitoring my weight and I promise to you all and I promise to myself I will not ever ever ever go above 16 stone let alone the 21 Stone plus that I was one year ago so please keep following me please look at what I’ve done. Look at how I’ve done it. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here for you to see how I have done it. Yes okay it may not be the perfect way of dieting but has it Worked? Yes it has and I am living fact of that.
