Thank you Rock Farm for having us for the first ever Rock Farm Friday! It was an absolute pleasure to serve everyone that came to see us and grateful for the feedback on the day.

Some of proceeds will go to help the Men's Shed mental health charity as supported by Rock Farm and we will be back on the 26th June to continue this wonderful cause.

We didn't get many pictures, but here is one setting up and grateful too for the perfect weather.

The beginnings of our Samosa bowl: a curry of your choice, veg samosa, rice, coleslaw plus your choice of Tamarind Sauce, Pink Sauce, Coriander and Mint Yoghurt (dairy free), and Mint and Onion Chutney and finally Pickled Red Onion. Actually throw a popadom on top and you have it.

Thank you to Trowbridge Weavers Market organisers for having us for the first market of the year. To the great people of Trowbridge we wanted to express our gratitude for all the kind words and general love we received on the day, it really makes our day!

We especially love it when someone changes their mind about wanting meat after they try a sample of our food; thank you for stopping and giving us a go.

Yesterday, we debuted two new dishes: No Lamb Tikka Masala as well as Roasted Cauliflower Dal with Spinach. The feedback was "the flavours were absolutely delicious".

We were back to where it all started but with a new line up of chutnies, sauces and snacks. Plus we have swapped salad for a new recipe Coleslaw (red and white cabbage, carrots, dijon mustard, mayo and fresh parsley) that we see was universally preferred.

All our food is always handmade by us, from scratch with no compromise on quality ingredients. A bit of a guarantee from us.

Finally, thank you to all the volunteers for looking after us on the day and for all the assistance.

We are back at the end of the month at Shepton Mallet.

Taking selfies didn't used to be this hard! We are so ready for our first Trowbridge Weavers Market, that we have a few mins to spare (completely unheard of).

There will some new recipes on the menu today, a Roasted Cauliflower Dal and a No Lamb Tikka Masala.

We wanted to express our gratitude and thanks to Quedam Shopping Centre, Vegan Fairs and the great people of Yeovil for hosting us last Saturday.

We were running behind dealing with new appliances etc but luckily it was quiet, we usually sel a few samosas early in the morning.

Then, 11.30! FRY, FRY, FRY like the wind! Yes, it got very busy. Thank you to everyone for their custom and patience, we pretty much sold out and luckily nobody missed out.

Thank you for having us, and hope to see you again soon.
