Our first ever Bhatura Boxes at today's Uniform Services Day, Trowbridge.. Soft, flakey deep fried fermented bread that will soak up all the curry sauces and flavours.

Did you try it with our new Mango Chutney and Hot Pepper Sauce? We had some great feedback today and would love to keep it on the menu for Winter.

Thank you Trowbridge Town Council for including us part of the food lineup at this year's Uniform Services Day. At 11 o'clock, when the bagpipes commenced, we at PLANYA bowed our heads, gave thanks.

Introducing our brand new Bhatura Box! A Bhatura is deep fried bread made from fermented dough. It will soak up all the sauces and the curry and taste amazing. Lots of different sauces to choose from including our new Hot Pepper Sauce or a sweet Mango Chutney. Only a limited number available, so come early.

Available tomorrow at Uniform Services Day (Sat 12/09/26) in Trowbridge Town Park.

✨A BIG THANK YOU to the great people of Bath (and visitors) for coming out for Sunday's Vegan Fairs, we pretty much sold out (with just enough left over for tea).

After our Summer break, we had only a couple of days to prepare and of course we were running late in the morning.

Plus, we wanted to try a new arrangement by bringing all the food out onto to the front, so everything is easier to see.

This gave us more space in the trailer to prepare Bhajis, Paratha Wraps and Spice Bags.

THANK YOU to Louise, Lauren and Craig for your massive effort leading up to the market and on the day 👊, it was another challenging day, but you made it happen.

A new setup is all in preparation for a new dish we are planning and coming this Autumn, so watch this space.

Our gratitude to Vegan Fairs also for creating yet another wildly successful event and for including us in the line-up.

We are back on Saturday 12 Sept 2026 in Trowbridge Town Park. Hope to see you there, until then, take care.

We will back after a few weeks off at Bath Vegan Fairs on Sunday 23rd August from 10am to 3pm.

There will be a selection of snacks including Samosas, Onion Bhajis and we are bringing back Pakoras. Made with grated patotoes, sliced onions and cauliflower florets plus green chillies for a proper kick.

It's also been a while, but we are also bringing back Keema curry. Keema is a mild and flavoursome ground meat replacement, a bit like an Chili, and actually very popular with kids.

Our Spice Bags (better served in a box) are made up with layers of Onion Bhajis, Rice, Curry, Fries and pickles.

Next, the Paratha Wrap, stuffed with Bhajis our special slaw, Chaat Masala, sauces, pickles all within a hot, flakey, crispy paratha wrap (its entertaining to watch me try and bring it all together at least).

Finally our new Roasted Cauliflower Dal recipe will definitely challenge your expectations - it has everything you need for a complete meal, served with rice, and our Spice Bowls come with Samosa or Onion Bhaji, slaw, pickles and a Popadom.

Hi, Mulk here. It rained as we setup this Sunday. Yes, actual water droplets falling from the skies. This is the cloudiest it has been in months. While wild fires rage in places in Scotland, France and Spain I was grateful for this respite in this mad hot weather. Every weekend, we have been attending events, never wanting to know the temperature stood at the fryer. This ends a 2 month run for us, but the suffering for animals, nature and humanity continues.

I ask myself, what more can I do? Because I have to do something.

Thank you for the likes, the follows and support, we never take you for granted.

We are bringing back our unique PLANYA Onion Bhaji PARATHA WRAPX to Shepton Mallet Sunday Market this Sunday 26 July 2026. In addition to our new recipe TIKKA MASALA Curry, we have our creamy MANGALOREAN Cauliflower, with fried potatoes and sweet potatoes.

Did you see the video? We also have a brand new SPICE BAG (which might become a spice box) which we debuted last week. Made from layers of fries, Tikka Masala sauce, Onion Bhajis, more fries, sauces and pickles.
