Ichiro's Malt Double Distilleries, Japanese blended malt whisky
is a blend of barrels from the Hanyu and Chichibu distilleries, embodying sweetness and firmness.

Nose
Orchard Fruit: Fresh green apples, pears, and sweet melons.

Sweetness: Rich honey, vanilla, and light chocolate.

Wood & Spice: Distinctive Mizunara (Japanese oak) aroma, sandalwood, allspice, and incense undertones.

Finish
Length: Long and satisfying.

Lingering Notes: Warming baking spices, drying oak, sweet honey, and a crisp hint of mint or leather







The Togouchi 18 Year Old is a premium Japanese blended (blend of Scottish malt and Canadian grain) whisky known for its smooth, fruity profile and highly unusual maturation process.

Smooth and heavily fruity with prominent notes of peach and pear, followed by sweet undertones of honey, vanilla, and light brown sugar. If left to sit, hints of dry hay, malted cereals, and fragrant oak come forward.

A velvety, full-bodied arrival featuring sweet orchard fruits (peaches) mixed with the dry, malty flavor of cereal. It holds a warm complexity layered with white pepper, gentle oak spice, and subtle floral hints like violets.

Made from 100% Nebbiolo, this single-vineyard Barbaresco has developed beautifully with age, revealing the elegance and complexity that make great Barbaresco so captivating.

Tasting Notes
🍒 Red cherry and wild berry fruit
🌹 Dried rose petals and violets
🍄 White truffle, woodland earth and leather
🍬 Hints of liquorice, cola and spice
🪨 Classic Nebbiolo notes of tar and mineral depth
