⭐ Superstar is here - and it’s not just for Christmas anymore ⭐

If you’ve had Superstar before, you’ll know it as our festive favourite - it usually disappears fast. From today, it’s joining our core, regularly-brewed range, rather than just being a one-off at Christmas.

Superstar is an easy-drinking gose infused with root ginger, with citrussy esters from the yeast, a bit of spice from coriander seed, and subtle saline notes from fleur de sel.

The ginger gives it a warming, earthy character, but it stays light and refreshing throughout - we don’t have favourite children but if we did, Superstar would be up there.

Some of you will know Superstar as our festive favourite - the one that always sells out fast! But we have EXCELLENT news: it’s now joining our core range, brewed and released regularly throughout the year. WoooOooooo! (Paging Rhianna Gamble)

Another lovely Sunday - stayed local this time, walking Windsor Great Park 🌳

A busy brewery day yesterday - it was SO nice to see some new faces at the unit during our Saturday lunchtime slot, and then a brilliant tasting event in the afternoon - a small group trying a range of our beers together.

🎉 New beer day! 🎉

Our newest release, Nocturne, is out today - aged on whole British damsons, letting the fruit slowly work its magic. Expect vibrant colour, rich character, and layers of tart plum, black cherry and hedgerow berries, with subtle tannins from the damson skins and sweeter notes of almond frangipane and cola cubes. Bold acidity with real depth - a proper one to sit with and take your time over.

Lovely little trip into London today. We used to live here and would regularly do long walks around the parks and talk (usually about our future plans for the brewery!).

Now, in between actually having a brewery and parenting, we find it really hard to either get into London at the weekends or have a walk and chat.

Really enjoyed popping in today though 🌞 Back to it now — getting ready for the week, with a new beer release coming! 🍻
