🍇 Did you know? How much wine comes from one vine?
The yield from a single grape vine can vary significantly depending on the vineyard and the style of wine being produced.
For high-quality wines, producers often limit yields to around 1–2 bottles per vine, allowing the plant to concentrate flavour and structure in fewer grapes.
In higher-yield vineyards designed for volume production, a vine may produce 4–6 bottles or more. Lower yields generally lead to greater concentration and complexity in the finished wine.
