From today I will upload our menu one by one! Please comment if you have any questions about menu!

Today’s menu is Slow cooked beef Bibimbab! Unfortunately due to consistency problem we could not able to carry on Beef steak bibimbab. However, we brought this amazing 6hour slow cooked beef short rib(in Korea it’s known as Galbi jjim) bibimbab!!! Short rib is one of my favorite beef part. After we cook with all the bones it has full of the flavours!

Hello BAB’s🙋🏻‍♀️

Firstly, I am VERY MEGA SORRY we couldn’t update for a while. For us the last two month was the most difficult but exciting also busy time we ever had in our life. Me and Mike were working 24 hours physically and mentally everyday until now so please forgive us for the huge lack of communication.

However, finally we’ve got a great team to work with and the menu has settled now so I can finally sit down and writing this for you guys.

We opened a non mobile kitchen in .mkt on 12th of Sep and unfortunately we had to close our trailer in due to staff shortage and also we were too busy setting up the food hall. We received few questions that are we going to open trailer again and are we going to be at certain markets that we’ve been. The answer for them is not at this moment.. unfortunately we are not super powered yet so can’t open and manage here and there in one time. But we are considering other way to see you guys so please wait for us.

Let me introduce you our brand new menu YUKWHEY(yukheo)Bibimbab!!

For .mkt menu we spent a lot of effort on developing the menu and we thought we can introduce something very new for BABs and all the foodies😀

Yukwhey(yukhoe) is Korean beef tartar, it is a raw meat seasoned with sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, syrup and asian pear…🤤 me and Mike love it and I’m sure once you try it you will miss it😁

Re reduced menu for now to focus on quality and consistency but we will keep update new menus so please keep it eyes on our postings.

Also we are doing Crispy tteokbokki again! With two choices of sauces.

We are so glad that finally we can announce officially our movement of trailer !!🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏼

From tomorrow we are opening

Mon - Wed : 12-4pm
Thu - Sun : 12-8pm
(Might change due to weather and staff issues)

Trailer will be here and open for until we decide to move out so at least for this summer we will be here for your Korean Vibe🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏼
