Tres leches attempt number 1 : this is a very Latin American cake with condensed milk, evaporated milk and whole milk. It is a very sweet cake so I decide to use 1/16 of coconut palm sugar on the cake itself and use the three milks as its main sweet flavor. I must say the cake taste incredibly good. I have used flour and I am putting together the best sponge possible cake with gluten free flour. For now it taste good but it needs more fluffiness. Will keep you posted.
