Our winter warmer creation includes 4 homemade elements. Our which we not only back on top of the brownie but also alone and then sprinkled on top and let sink into the sauce. You have Tina’s incredible that gives the brownie a solid base.

You of course then have our signature chocolate brownie.

Those white bits are apple pieces. Giving this brownie that perfect winter flavour.

Depending on how you choose to scoff this you will be taken on a rollercoaster of flavours that’ll make you want to dive in again and again.

With each slice containing around 400 calories you can eat one relatively guilt free too.

We have now changed our caramel recipe to this much more deep golden salted caramel. This is topped on our signature Cadbury chocolate (chunks) brownie topped with melted Bournville!

These are definitely best eaten straight from the fridge.

Yep! It takes as delicious as it looks. Trying out a different method of making the caramel to give it a more golden colour.

Maybe a little less cornflakes mixture but oh my god! The caramel tastes just like a worthers original.

Nailed the caramel! This time we added 40g of peanuts into the caramel once cooked. Next time definitely adding more and crushing them before adding.

Also, we tried dairy milk instead of bourneville chocolate for the topping.

This one will be going online shortly to have your own delivered direct to your door.

These are to do for! Each slice gives you 5/6 delicious mouthfuls of chocolaty gooey goodness.

Trust the process they say. This our first attempt at raw edible cookie dough. So after heating the flour to 74c we were ready to top it to our signature Beurre Noisette brownies.

For a first attempt there are of course areas for improvement. Not to mention the rookie schoolboy error in. It starting the timer when the brownies go in the oven.

Generally, on the whole they came out rather tasty. Coming in at 100g each and around 450 calories each.

Yep! These are as good as they look. With over 200g of dairy milk chocolate in the brownie alone. You can be guaranteed your chocolate fix.

Topped with melted down marshmallow and bourneville chocolate.

Each brownie is approx 110g. You get 8 of these delicious morsels in every box. That’s almost 1kg of brownie goodness

Delicious s’mores brownie using our signature brownie. We only use Cadbury products where possible (inc. The cocoa powder).

So here we have a buttery digestive base topped with our Cadbury brownie. This is then topped with melted marshmallow and Cadbury Bourneville chocolate.

Each brownie weighs about 150g and contains around 600 calories. So certainly one for the sweet tooth.

Our simple standard brownie made with half the recipe with a delicious crumble topping.

It’s already been given a review of being the best brownie I’ve made so far. That’ll be the burnt butter and golden caster sugar I’ve been experimenting with.
