The pork is from our home bred Oxford Sandy and Black pigs bred and reared at our small holding near Fittleworth. They have grown slowly to ensure the best tasting pork!

We have some delicious free range pork available for delivery before Easter!

We have some oak smoked Gammon joints, these are so versatile as they’re tasty hot with a sticky honey and mustard glaze or delicious cold in sandwiches!

Our b***d and rolled loin of pork is naturally a lean cut but has generous covering of fat to ensure the meat stays mouth-wateringly tender and has a layer of crispy crackling. It makes for a great Sunday roast and is easy to carve!

Joints available from 1.5kg at just £11.50 per KG.

B***d and Rolled Shoulder Joints

The shoulder joint is perfect for a slow roast, it has a marbling of fat which makes it succulent and full of flavour! It’s such a versatile cut and a real winner with the family!

Our traditional sausages, home smoked back bacon and our BRAND NEW charcuterie is also for ready to be delivered directly to your door!
