There's just one stop for us this week for us. Just where we need to be, at our very local Cardigan Farmers Market - Marchnad Ffermwyr Aberteifi in the Guildhall from 10am till 2pm

Always a good market, lovely folk offering the best of what they do. Just a bit left field of mainstream, where the healthy options lie.

Even a curry is healthy, all those spices raise your inner body temperatures until the bugs surrender. Always clean food no preservatives, no additives and lot of yummy flavours

We will have a Chicken Dhansak in tow as our ready to eat offering on Friday, and there will be frozen available too.

All ready for a lazy night or two if you choose others from the menu.

If you're looking to find something to do on Sunday, we will be at Golden Grove Gelli Aur from 10am till 2pm. It's their market within the grounds.

Bring the dogs, the kids, the aunties and, grandparents or just bring yourselves. Weather is due to hold and they've got a great coffee shop on site too.

As you know we now deliver Nationally as well as local, this pleases our hearts and souls.

Anyone who truly knows Paul, realises how much food has been a cornerstone in his life, a way to share, a way to enjoy life. Now cooking for so may people has just escalated his passion, especially being able to use locally sourced meats, all grass fed outdoors, lovingly tended in small farms.

We use Ken Davies Butchers who proudly supply and sell some of the best meats that come from the local area. Adding that extra flavour and texture to what we offer.

Supporting local means a lot to us, to be able to offer what comes from these beautiful lands of West Wales to the rest of the UK, how amazed we are that from a love of good food comes a whole menu of curries from around the world.

No one says its easy, but you do have to pinch yourself and smile 😊

The freezer is full of curries at the moment, all restocked. Let us know your favourite, perhaps there are other curries in that flavour profile that we haven't tried yet.

Well we're off to the races!! The Soap Box Derby kinda races 😁
No you can't come and see us join the spectacle but you can come and get some amazing food straight off the BBQ.

Carmarthen Soap Box Derby here we come!!! Funfair, races, food, a good Fun day out for kids of all ages Carmarthen Round Table have organised this event. So lots to do and see.

Paul has lived in Africa for years so his BBQ skills are good/ amazing, Tasty, because he takes time to marinade before he cooks. Well thought out layers of flavour, like his curries. Which will be for sale too, frozen so you can take them home to have a full care free day

For this Bank Holiday weekend we will be in Aberaeron for the Ceredigion Garden, Craft & Food Festival which is on Sunday and Monday.. The weather... Who knows but we will be there 10am till 4pm both days

Plants, food and browsing who can ask for more. Hope it ticks few of the boxes of your own things to enjoy on a bank holiday.

We are out and about on Saturday Marchnad Llambed - Lampeter Market from 10am till 1pm

We will have a curry ready to eat as well as a range of frozen curries to stock up the freezer for the bank holiday.

Somedays you can only be grateful that you can work from home, when it feels like Winter all over again you can but hope for sunny days.

Meanwhile... We are quite happy packing and sending our orders Nationwide, especially on a day like today, when it's a perfect day for a curry... Mind you in our world everyday is a perfect day for a curry.

So if you can't get to our local markets, checkout the website and order from there. Straight to your door, depending on the day you order, we can get it to you in a 24 to 48hr turnaround

And we're off 🛻🏎️🏍️ first car show of our year... Such a wonderful show Wheels for Wales all in support of Welsh Air Ambulance

Looking at the cars of certain eras always brings back memories, people, places, and expiences of times past. The smell of petrol and polish all intertwined for a great day out. So many much loved vehicles on display, owners whose cars make you smile on the inside.

Come and join the day... Good company, good food, not just from us. Although we will have the BBQ so all freshly cooked goodies

We will be on our way to Cardigan Farmers Market - Marchnad Ffermwyr Aberteifi in the morning.. Such a welcoming space with lots of local goodies... So do come and support your local businesses... You never know what you're going to find.

We will have a Penang Curry with us ready to eat, as well as frozen. One of our really popular curries. A Malaysian dish with citrus zing, and you're welcome to try it first.

That's one of the beautiful things about markets there are samples galore to be had from the traders... Not what you get in Tesco
