I was at the British Library on Sunday (June 14th) talking about palm oil. And I decided to create this carousel so you can learn a little about its history, especially for those who couldn’t attend the event or understand the subject.
The richest and most misunderstood ingredient in Afro-Bahian cuisine was the topic of the lecture at the British Library.
