The winner was: MERINGUE, this fluffy misture of beaten egg whites and sugar. We have three types of Meringue: French, Swiss and Italian. You can use in many recipes as Macarons, buttercream, mousses, and in this occasion I used it for a pie topping and I’ve used a Blowtorch to give this great crisp and golden finish.
