Well we did it! Weather was kind, so many people came out to wave us on in Marsworth, Tring, Northchurch, Berkhamsted, Ashridge, Ivinghoe Beacon, Ivinghoe and Pitstone. Thanks to The Red Lion, Marsworth for keeping us fed and watered and to the organisers, marshalls, photographers, Paramedics and the residents of Marsworth, particularly, for welcoming us again. It was quite noisy at times!
Donations can made made until 31st May, any amount, no matter how small, will go towards supporting men's mental health and prostate cancer.

The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride is almost here and following our departure from The Red Lion in Marsworth at 11am tomorrow morning, we will be coming past P E Mead Farm Shop before we head to Tring and beyond. Give us a wave if you're there (or anywhere along the route)

Only 12 sleeps till Carol and I join the Tring Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. I'm preparing the K4 (and my bow tie and moustache) for another exciting event raising money for men's mental health and prostate cancer.

A walk round the orchard, so uplifting and glorious to see. After a bumper year last year some trees are taking a rest which is to be expected, they deserve it. Lots of busy bees too.

Labelling apple juice today, labels are taking a while to dry but almost ready to go to Mead Farm Shop. Not just these 4 obviously but 72 bottles of our rather tasty apple juice. Stock is going fast!

News Flash! You can also find our juice at Sandwich Plus opposite M&S and the newsagents on Western Road, Tring (near Atkins) and Meads Farm Shop (Wilstone)

Wow, it's been a very busy season making apple juice and quite a few bottles of apple and pear juice too. Thank you to all our supporters once again, David and Jo, Simon Mead and everyone at P E Mead & Sons Farm Shop. Also Oliver Nutkins, Roo Nutkins, Sam and James B for all their hard work making juice amd picking apples. We couldn't do it without you.

When you are so lucky to be able to spend a sunny afternoon picking apples in the company of these rather pretty piggies. They've got lots of apples of their own but were eyeing up mine but soon settled down to do a bit of sunbathing.
We were picking Spartan and Bramleys today. 🍎🍏 looking forward to that combination in a bottle!
