1. Museum of Sake Club
Organise series of monthly public Sake events to gather and recruit the new Sake lovers. Each event will be a collaboration with various expertise leading gastronomy / art / drink culture in UK and any other part of world.
英国・欧州在住の非日本人を対象に、毎月異なるテーマを掲げ、英国や各国を代表するアートやガストロノミー、ドリンク文化の専門家をお呼びして日本酒の世界と共に楽しんでもらい、新たな日本酒ファンを創出する
ことを目指すイベントの開催。
2. Museum of Sake Magazine
Publish non-profit based, quarterly bilingual Sake culture magazine to create a platform within the sake industry in the world. The article will include interviews and essays by sommeliers, chefs and individuals who has a connection in Sake outside of Japan. http://www.museumofsake.co.uk/journal/
英国・欧州発のオンライン日本酒マガジン（日英バイリンガル、季刊誌）の発行。日本酒の蔵元や日本国内外で日本酒に関わる業界関係者、国外のソムリエやシェフ等へのインタビューや寄稿を中心に、世界での日本酒文化を英語圏に発信するツール作成。

3. Sake Education Consulting
Teach and support organisations and individual's sake learning in different levels (i.e. corporate Sake workshops and private tastings)
