🎵 On the eleventh day of Christmas, my true love sent to me… eleven medlars bletting! 🎵

Once these ancient fruits soften, they transform into a sweet, spiced delight. Perfect for jellies and desserts!✨

Forager’s tip: Let medlars sit until they’re soft and “bletted” (like overripe).

📲 Check our new EatWild® app launching soon for medlar jelly recipes!

🎵 On the tenth day of Christmas, my true love sent to me… ten rose hips! 🎵

Rose hips are a winter forager’s delight, packed with vitamin C and a tangy, fruity flavour. Use them to make syrups, teas, jellies, ketchups, or even festive desserts! ✨

Forager’s tip: Look for bright red hips on wild rose bushes. Pick them after the first frost for the sweetest flavour. Remove the seeds carefully as they can be irritating.

📲 Find easy and delicious recipes for rose hips in the new EatWild® app (launching soon) - perfect for adding a wild twist to your dishes!
