Sunshine, Go Wild retreat and great vibes last weekend.
A pleasure to cook for a great group of people in the fresh air, dining room swing was a bonus

Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
The annual trip North for some cooking over the boarder.

This year it was a group of 60 people, 4 kitchens spread across this beautiful country . Breakfast, lunch and dinner , all and a ‘few’ extra dietaries for fun!

came along to help, and my oh my did she do that. Pushing herself well out of her comfort zone and beyond 🚀 An absolute star, working solo and feeding 30 people, still standing after some incredibly long days whilst styling and smiling ⭐️

Some pics and the reality of catering, long days, curveballs, laughing until you cry (or crying until laugh !) 😂 very few food photos when things are busy.
A job so grateful to have accidentally done for most of my life 🙏

A few pictures from January
It started by finishing off a busy Christmas/New Year cooking stint , many meals made, one photo taken (last pic,last meal!)

Road trip to the South of France, always a joy to be back there, why is the supermarket experience so much more enjoyable ..?

Days spent in Cornwall were filled with epic wind, rain and great show of aurora

First Retreat cooking of the year at beautiful yoga retreat in North Devon cooking the most delicious vegetables grown by my mate, such a pleasure when produce grown with love and care.
