🌿 Spring Foraging 🌿
One of our favourite times of the year; when wild garlic, nettle, dandelion and so many more wonderful plants are all around us.
The evenings and weekends are filled with wild garlic and nettle walnut pesto and hummus recipes- along with dahls and wild garlic soups, to dandelion latte.
The list is endless and I hope you all get the chance to explore creating foraged recipes.
A fave is sourdough, ChicP’s new Good Gut Hummus (), topped with wild garlic dip, poached eggs and curried yoghurt chickpeas with fresh parsley 🌿.
