Mindful arts based creative workshop on the themes of hatching and nature unfolding. Based outdoors and in Tibetan Kitchen's lovely bus.
The Creative Woods offers this lovely wellbeing workshop to celebrate Spring at Chorlton Waterpark. This is part of a series of workshops responding to the changes in nature through the seasons. Through mindful and arts based activities we will have a space to just be, and deepen our connection with Nature in new ways. Weather permitting, we will hopefully have time plenty of time outdoors, and also in the cosy Tibetan Kitchen converted bus.
In the break we will be treated to a Tibetan Kitchen hot drink and veg momo (dumpling) or cupcake.
All materials provided. Open to all those aged 16+, no art experience necessary.
TIckets £25 (includes Eventbrite fee). There are also 2 concessionary places for £15 (includes Eventbrite fee). Reservation essential.
Please note the workshop space in the bus is upstairs (the stairs are steepish, there is a banister on either side). The bus is heated. There are toilets nearby.
The Tibetan Kitchen cafe will be open before and after the workshop. Please see Chorlton Waterpark – Tibetan Kitchen.
Full refund (minus Eventbrite fee) available up to 7 days before the event.
The workshop is facilitated by Steffie's Arts Space. Steffie is a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, experienced facilitator and qualified outdoor therapist.

We’ll be celebrating the solstice eve this weekend at our Meeting Place Cafe-Chorlton Waterpark. There will be lantern making from 2pm with . Then we’ll learn some simple songs and walk a mini nature trail through the woods together from 4:30pm. Refreshments available all afternoon from the cafe. Free community event though donations welcome 🔥🏮 ✨ 🌳

C H R I S T M A S C R O C H E T

There are a few remaining places at our Christmas Crochet workshop tomorrow at Tibetan Kitchen's wonderful woodland cafe (Chorlton Water Park) 11am - 1pm. We'll be all cosy on the bus with a dazzling selection of yarns and makes to suit all abilities.

Expert tuition from Jo and delicious hot chai ... come and join us.
