It’s Good Friday guys and at Fishy Business in Upminster we will be open until about 2 pm today and we have got some beautiful fresh fish from Billingsgate today and the favourite pate of kiln roast smoked salmon available!! But you had better get in early because it is very popular and i am sure it won’t be available for long . And all the traditional fish , skate , cod , king prawns, sea bass, smoked haddock and so much more

New year, new promises, same old lies,
“Gonna get ripped,” says the man eating pies.
But behold this photo… muscles galore,
That’s apparently the bloke who sells fish next door.

Yes, this is the owner of Fishy Business, Terry..it’s true,
Built like a Greek god… which is brand new news to him too.
In real life he’s lovely, but let’s be quite clear,
He doesn’t have abs - he has opinions and a decent beard.

So how did this happen? The answer’s quite simple:
Buy his fish and reality becomes… optional.
One cod, one sole, maybe salmon on ice,
Suddenly you’re shredded in pictures and life feels nice.

Will you look like this man in person? Absolutely not.
Will his fish make you feel smug? Quite possibly…yes, a lot.

So here’s to the New Year, the fish, and the lies,
