We practice what we preach in the Redfern household!! Meals from this weeks meals wolfed down by adults and kids!

🍅Salmon Sundried Tomato & Homemade Pesto Traybake ( some customers chose to have this with cod instead)
🌶️🫛 🥜Thai Red Peanut Curry with Chicken and extra veggies including peppers and sugar snap peas
🥘 Butter chicken (the kids shared a portion) I think I’ve got to put this on the menu again asap I was keeping my fingers crossed for leftovers (there was not!!!!)

I've eaten well today courtesy of my very own Grub Kitchen Meal Prep- PiriPiri chicken &

What a weekend! An epic 80 person Ploughman's grazing board buffet with:

* Homemade chorizo sausage rolls
* Home roasted gammon ham
* Homemade scotch eggs
* Pork Pies from AB's finest The Pie Shak
* Homemade Coronation Chicken rolls
* Homemade Coleslaw, Whipped Feta and Humous
* Homemade Creme Fraiche, Chive and Smoked Salmon blinis
* An epic cheeseboard from The Cheese Locker (also AB based)

And lots of other deliciousness including fresh crusty breads, crackers, olives and other antipasti bits.
