You probably know taralli as savoury? 👀

But in Puglia, they’re often sweet and sometimes dipped in chocolate.

Taralli were born in Southern Italy as simple bakery staples; flour, olive oil, wine, shaped by hand and baked twice for that proper crunch. They were never meant to be fancy. Just good, honest baking.
