I’ve had this little idea for a while… why not fill a beautiful croissant with my homemade salads? 💛💙

This Sunday 30.08. From 12 pm to 5 pm
📍 Burwash, Summer Fair at Swan Meadow Playing Field,
You can try at least two delicious flavours:
🥐 🍆🌶Roasted aubergine, roasted pepper & feta croissants
🥐 🥬Crab salad with crisp lettuce croissants 🦀🥬
And who knows… maybe you’ll create your own favourite combination from my salads! 😋

It’s not just a food market — there’s also a big dog show 🐶, bouncy castle, lots of lovely stalls, and plenty to see and enjoy!

Creamy cornmeal cooked with rich cream, topped with crispy bacon ( shkwarky)🥓, traditional sheep's cheese ( bryndza)🧀, and fresh herbs. 🌿
Simple, comforting, and full of authentic mountain flavour.
