FACIAL DRY BRUSH ✨

Made with super-soft bristles to gently sweep away dry skin and daily buildup, lightly exfoliating while supporting lymphatic drainage for smoother, brighter and more balanced-looking skin.

How to use: On clean, dry skin, begin at the neck before moving upwards over the face. Use gentle strokes, brushing from the centre of the face out towards the hairline. Follow with your favourite facial mist and moisturiser.

Use daily, morning or evening, as part of your skincare ritual.

Organ meats probably aren't the first thing that comes to mind when you think 'skincare.' and that's exactly why we're talking about them. πŸ‘€

Were exploring how some of these often overlooked foods can nourish the skin from within, all while remembering that quality and sourcing really do matter.

These are some of our favourites that make their way into our meals throughout the week. Marrow is a brilliant one and so easy to add into stocks, bone broth, soups and stews.

Liver takes a little more inventiveness with some of my children πŸ˜‚ so I'll often find ways to add it into meals without it being the main event. My youngest daughter, on the other hand, will happily eat liver and heart as they are and absolutely loves them!

Home cooking and making use of all cuts is something we have done for years now. For us, it's about going back to simple, traditional foods, wasting less and making the most of good quality ingredients. 🀎

Skincare doesn't always start with what we put on our skin what we nourish our bodies with matters too.

🐝 A close-up look at the next generation of worker bees…

Sorry for being so quiet on here! It’s our busiest time of year with the bees and honey harvesting, but as you all loved seeing inside the hives, I thought I’d share another little glimpse into colony life.

These tiny white larvae might not look like much yet, but each one is a future worker bee.

After an egg hatches, the larva is constantly cared for by nurse bees. They visit the cells again and again, feeding each larva nutritious brood food so it can grow incredibly quickly.

Around six days after hatching, the larva is big enough for its cell to be capped. Hidden beneath the wax capping, it transforms from a larva into a pupa and finally into an adult worker bee.

From egg to emerging worker bee takes around 21 days. 🐝

It’s amazing to see this part of colony life so close up 😍

Healthy skin is about so much more than what we put on it, it's also how we nourish ourselves from the inside out. πŸ₯‘
