My husband makes this lentil fish stew one-pot thingy every 2 or 3 weeks but I adore it so much I could easily eat it twice a week. It’s a recipe and is PERFECT - earthy, herby, zesty from the lemon herb drizzle stuff you blob on top at the end. We started having it at the start of the year in an attempt to balance some of the festive damage to our gut micro biomes but now we don’t care so eat it with buttery sourdough (from .bse ofc!) and salt, glorious salt. In this case our very own garlic salt. S t u n n i n g 👨🏻‍🍳 🐟❤️
