TODAY BREAD Artisan Sourdough Bakery & Artisan Coffee Welcome to Today Bread! We are a small organic sourdough bakery and cafe located in Walthamstow Central.

We believe in local, seasonal and sustainable food. Each of our loaves are expertly made by hand using organic flour and the slow fermentation process that characterises sourdough bread. Our bread is stone baked and delivered by bike to local cafés, delis and restaurants in the neighbourhood. You can also pop by the Today Bread café in the heart of Walthamstow to enjoy it with brunch or on our delicious range of sandwiches and toasties.

Great bread starts with simple ingredients. 🍞

Our loaves are made from scratch at our Walthamstow E17 bakery, where they’re handmade, kneaded and proved on site using flour, water, salt and our Today Bread sourdough starter.

Every morning, fresh bread makes its way from Walthamstow to our Clapton café, ready for you to pick up, tear into, toast, dunk or turn into an excellent sandwich.

Table loaf, baguette, focaccia, rye, Ukrainian rye, black sesame… the only difficult part is choosing one.

Pop into your nearest Today Bread and follow the smell. 🥖
