A little pause, but only for now ✨

With family visiting over the coming weeks, I'll be taking a short break from hosting Supper Clubs and Masterclasses.

Thank you to everyone who has joined my table, shared a meal, learnt something new and supported this journey so far. Your kindness and enthusiasm mean more than you know.

While events are on hold for a little while, exciting things may still be on the horizon including upcoming delivery weeks and perhaps even a summer stall. ☀️

Keep an eye on this space for updates, new dates and all the delicious things to come.

Until then, I'm soaking up precious family time and gathering fresh inspiration for what's next.

Hosted a Dosa Masterclass for 8 amazing friends last night and what a vibe it was!

We flipped, spread and crisped our way through masala dosa with spicy chutney, podi dosa, ghee dosa and classic plain dosa. No surprises though the masala dosa with spicy chutney stole the show as always!

Everyone got hands-on making their own dosas, and the best part? First-time dosa makers turning out perfect dosas without a single one wasted!

We paired them with coconut, onion and mint chutneys plus warm sambar and wrapped up the evening with goodie bags of dosa batter, coconut chutney and onion chutney to take the experience home.

Such a joyful evening filled with laughter, learning and lots of crispy dosas. Feeling grateful for this lovely bunch who made the night so special ❤️
