It all started in Fes... The day before Ramadan 2025
The intention behind Nourishing Bowl began just over a year ago, at the start of last Ramadan, in the beautiful city of Fes, Morocco. It came from a simple, sincere need to offer a better way of nourishing for those with busy lives, or those needing support with food.
From there, things unfolded in their own way. With little planning of my own, the very first batch of meals, through delays and extended deliveries went out on the 12th of Rabbi’ al-Awwal. A moment that felt deeply meaningful, and one that marked the true beginning of this journey.
This past Ramadan, we took time to pause and refill, while keeping our doors open for those seeking Organic, Tayyib meals.
Through your kind words and recommendations, Nourishing Bowl reached homes across the country. From personal meals to shared iftars. We’re deeply grateful to be part of those moments.
As we grow, orders will now close on Thursday evenings for the following week, allowing us to prepare each meal with care.
