Black Bunny Bakery is now offering a full day of fun cupcake decorating which includes;

Recipes for vanilla sponge cupcakes and vanilla buttercream, with demonstrations for both - giving lots of ‘tips for success’ along the way.

You will be provided with notes that cover everything we create in the class, which includes .

How to create the lightest sponge – with easy tips on filling you cases
Techniques for creating two tone buttercream
The art of piping and how to fill a piping bag correctly
How to pipe a classic swirl
How to pipe a rose swirl.
How to create a ‘flat topped’ cupcake with buttercream
How to create a simple fondant rose
How to cut out fondant decorations correctly for your cupcakes eg butterflies, flowers and all sorts of prettyness ready to decorate your cupcakes with.
The differences between ordinary fondant, CMC treated and flower paste fondant and when to use them
How to correctly colour fondant
How to use an embossing mat.
How to cover a cupcake with a fondant dome
You also get to take home the 12 cupcakes you have decorated.

Nearly forgot to show you this vibrant little number ! Vanilla sponge and buttercream, but covered in Belgian chocolate ganache before covering in fondant - it was delicious and kept moist for days.
