Good evening everyone, sorry I’ve been quite over the past week or so but my kitchen was being ripped out and a new one put in so I didn’t have any time to make cheesecakes!

However I have my own little work station now that was kindly put in by the builders who fitted the kitchen so that I could carry on with my cheesecake making!

Now to start on two orders ready for Mother’s Day!

My second attempt at a chocolate cheesecake for a family friend.
Wanted lots of chocolate and that’s what they got!
Mixture of white and milk chocolate.
Must say it went down a storm in their house 🥰
