How would you describe living with coeliac is like?

I put a little piece together about what I think it’s like and in typical fashion I started rambling on. 🤣

I would love you all to have a read and let me know if you can relate at all.

How would you describe living the gluten free life is like?

What Does Living With Coeliac Disease Actually Feel Like?

Quick question, people! ✈️

What gluten free snacks do you all take on a plane, just in case there’s nothing suitable to eat on board?

I’m flying from the UK and I’ve been having a look and trying to work out what the best things are to take with me. I’m avoiding anything containing nuts, just to be considerate of anyone with an allergy.

So, what are your favourites? Sweet, savoury, or a bit of both?

Has anyone in the UK tried these? My amazing mum got them as I couldn’t eat the same desserts as everyone else and I thought they were lovely. I love lemon desserts and this was an absolutely delicious cheesecake. 😊 🍰

Another visit to a lounge. This time it was Pinto Lounge in Banbury and had the Gluten Free Shawarma Chicken Skewers, Halloumi Fries and the Triple Cheese and Bacon Hash Bites. 😀

Absolutely delicious and love the service as they never disappoint.

A turkey burger in a Promise muffin. Really enjoyed this actually. The only issue was the burger kept falling apart and for once the bread didn’t. Win win. 😂

I was so happy to find this gluten free find. Tamarind sauce is one of my favourites and when ever I’ve seen it before it always had wheat in it. Not sure why 😡. So I was a little excited to find this little treasure. 😂

A massive thank you to everyone who has followed me. ❤️

The GF Table started as a small Facebook group about five years ago, helping people find places to eat in Milton Keynes. Since then, it has grown into so much more, including Instagram, Substack and my website.

Knowing that what I’m doing isn’t quite as bad as I sometimes think it is 😂 gives me a little more inspiration to keep going and most importantly, to carry on writing, which I absolutely love doing.

Every comment, reaction and share helps this community grow and I really couldn’t thank you enough.

Whether you have been here from the beginning or have only just joined, thank you for being part of it.

Here’s to another 3K. ❤️

So it was Ollie’s 5th birthday party on Saturday. Even though he isn’t gluten free we decided to still get the M&S Colin the Caterpillar cake so that way I could have a bit. He absolutely loves it and we had no complaints from anyone else at the party.

Ive had quite a few people say over the years that they love gluten free cakes and this one for me leads the charge. 😂
