I’m Lacey, founder and flavour fanatic behind Gains on the Go, a small but mighty baking venture born from one simple idea: why should we have to choose between a treat and our health goals?
Like many of you, I’m someone who loves a good dessert—especially a rich, creamy cheesecake—but also values fuelling my body with good stuff. After years of trying to balance cravings with clean eating, I decided to roll up my sleeves and create the best of both worlds. And so, Gains on the Go was born!
