You won’t find it in UK supermarkets, and it’s rarely exported.

Yuzu is a citrus fruit with a floral, bright, complex flavour that makes regular limes seem a bit boring.

It took us months to figure out how to balance its intense tartness with dark chocolate so they didn’t fight each other. But we got there.

The result is our Yuzu & Lime Dark bar, and it is easily our most sophisticated one yet.

If you’re trying our new Asian Fusion collection, definitely start with this one. Not because it’s a safe choice, but because it’s honestly extraordinary.
