We are a family run business operating from our off grid, permaculture smallholding in the Preseli Hill in Pembrokeshire. Our mouth watering ferments are based on traditional recipes and we make them with ecologically grown vegetables that love your gut and add zing to your plate. We aspire to grow all of the cabbages and beetroots on our farm and we would love you to follow us on this exciting journey! 🐘🌿
