Thank you again for such an amazing sell out last week… dare I say it, but could this week’s selection be even better?! 👩🏼‍🍳 ✨

I can’t WAIT for the reopening this weekend! 🍪 🍰 🍫

Who says you need 2,000sq ft to create a beautiful life?? Maybe I can do it with just 68sq ft…?!? Let’s see shall we!! 😅🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 *MANIFEST THAT FOR ME PLEEEEAASE*

Once I got my bakery I NEVER thought I’d downsize. I only ever had growth in mind 📈

Thing is, life changes. Priorities change. And just because something once felt like the dream doesn’t mean I have to keep chasing the same version of it forever. I want to try something new. Take another risk. Trust myself. Have no regrets.

I’m SO ready for less sacrifice. Ready to work differently. Ready to have more time at home. And very very ready to make 68sq ft somehow feel more Dunk than 2,000sq ft ever did 💖

Six years of Dunk, packed up and brought home 🥹

Just one teeny tiny itty bitty very small issue…

Old bakery = 2,000sq ft. 2 floors. 11 rooms.

New bakery = 68sq ft.

looool.

I guess we’re about to build the tiniest bakery in Britain 😅

Let’s gooooo

💖Welcome home, Dunk 💖

I’m going to be completely honest with you, when I first announced I was closing the bakery I was CONVINCED that also meant I was closing Dunk.

I couldn’t see a difference between the building and the brand. After 6 years, the two had completely merged into one in my mind 😵‍💫.

But the more I stripped away, the more I realised the building was NEVER the brand.

On paper, Dunk makes cookies. But really, Dunk is *a feeling*.

You know exactly what I mean. That little bit of sparkle. The warm fuzzy feeling. The laughs. The fun. The ridiculous creations.

A building could never.

It gave me the space to build something big, and I’ll always be grateful for that. But as I start this new chapter, everything that Dunk really is - and all the memories - are coming with me ✨

And just like that, the last Dunk postal orders left the bakery 🥹

I really did put everything into those final boxes. I wanted the last ones to feel like one of the best ~ and I really hope they did! 🥰

Thank you to every single person who ever ordered a box from us. Whether you ordered once, every Christmas, or somehow managed to fill an entire freezer with Dunk 😂 gawd bless you 🧊

It feels very strange saying goodbye to this version of Dunk.

But thankfully, it’s only this version… oh do I have *so* much to share!! ✨
