J. Jones a local butchers and delicatessens in the bustling town of Whittlesey are now recruiting for a Business Development Manager to become part of the family.
The key attributes that we are looking for is someone who is highly motivated who will play a crucial role in providing the highest level of customer services to enterprise businesses. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about marketing, customer service, and effective communication with attention to detail and can engage with our local loyal customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
🔵 Visiting medium to large business owners to promote products/services and generate leads
🔵 Building long lasting relationships with clients, providing the highest level of customer service from the offset throughout
🔵 Engaging with all clients in a friendly and professional manner
🔵 Provide detailed information about products/services and answering customers inquiries
🔵 Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads generated
🔵 Assist with daily customer order processing and reconciliation
🔵 Communicate with existing clients on a regular basis as to ensure client satisfaction and retention levels
🔵 Ability to work in a team
🔵 Be self-motivated
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
Previous experience within sales is essential
Excellent communication skills
Ability to market products/services effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Strong interpersonal skills
This is a permanent (full time) role working - 30 hours per week
£14.50 per hour dependent on age and level of experience.
Due to the nature of this role access to your own vehicle and laptop will be required
This role requires proof of Eligibility to work in the UK
