We were quite surprised to find fruit on the trees we planted this year in March — tasty, decent-sized plums! It’s so exciting to see the glow worms again, the adults are only around for a short period, usually 2-3weeks, during June and July. It’s something we really look forward to each year,

They are actually wingless beetles, not worms and the females light up to attract mates and prey.
