We’re delighted to introduce the fantastic Paul to our team! Some of you may recognise him from his hugely popular shop, Stephen’s Family Butchers, in Snowley Parade, Bishop’s Stortford. We’re also pleased to say that Paul’s son James will be helping us out occasionally too, so you may see both familiar faces behind the counter from time to time! 👋🥩

We’re very excited to announce that from this week, we’ll be stocking Paul’s famous sausages.

There are four absolute favourites to get stuck into:

Grandad’s Traditional Pork Sausages

Hog Roast Pork Sausages – Apple & Caramelised Onion

Welsh Dragons – Pork, Chilli & Leek

English Rose Chipolatas

And we’ve got a full counter stocked today - if you fancy trying them pop down and see us.

We’ll be fully stocked again next week, Tuesday–Saturday, so there’s plenty of opportunity to give Paul’s famous sausages a try!

The Wagyu steaks from have been in high demand this weekend, thanks to everyone who’s been in to pick some up.

The rump has now sold out, but we still have a limited number of ribeyes, sirloins, and fillets available. Once they’re gone, that’s it for this batch.

Next week we’ll be breaking down the forequarter, so we’ll have homemade Wagyu burgers and Wagyu brisket available soon.

We’re excited to have some incredible British Wagyu from in Suffolk available in the shop this weekend 🥩

We were also lucky enough to visit the farm with Tyler Butt - Nutrition & Home Cooking where we were given a tour from farm manager Mike to learn more about their regenerative farming practices and what makes their Wagyu beef so special.

If you’re looking to treat yourself to something truly special, pop into the shop this weekend while stocks last.

Something rather special arrived at the shop today…

A stunning side of British Wagyu from has just been delivered and is now hanging safely in the cold room.

This is the first British Wagyu we’ve brought into the shop and we’re looking forward to seeing the finished result when it’s ready for the block.
