HAK TURNS TWO 🥳

The last 12 months have given me so many moments to look back on with pride ❤️

We raised money for the amazing & - two charities that I have a deep personal connection with.

We sponsored and catered the Christopher Seymour Memorial Cup. One of my favourite events of the year, in memory of a boy who means so much to me 🕊️

We catered the wake of a truly beautiful woman, who was a mother figure to me in my early years.

We catered weddings and watched close friends celebrate love together 💍

We catered birthdays, christenings, anniversaries and more…

Every time somebody books us, they allow me to do the thing that I love. They put their trust and faith in me, and we become part of some of the most important days of their lives. This is the thing that I find most beautiful and am most grateful for ❤️

Massive shoutout to every single person who has supported this journey so far. No matter how big or small the action 🙏

Bring on year 3. I AM SO HUNGRY❗️

I give you this wing, as a symbol of my love ❤️

Last night we had the pleasure of providing evening food at the wedding of Jamie and Sindy, at the beautiful Dorney Court!

The brief was wing station for 100, and since both the bride and groom have Indian heritage, it was only right that we incorporated some Indian flavours 🇮🇳

❗️’The Sindy’ - tamarind and date glaze, topped with pomegranate seeds and coriander

❗️’The Jamie’ - chilli-garlic masala sauce, with a mint raita and diced cucumber

We rolled these out with a couple of classics - Lemon Pepper and Korean Fried 🔥

A huge thank you to the newly weds for letting us be a part of your special day - it was such a fun job and it seems like the wings went down well ❤️

The Christopher Seymour Memorial Cup 2026 ❤️

My first time doing the food for an event that means so much to me. I know Chris would be so proud of everything that we’ve built!

100% of our £600+ profits will be donated to the amazing Izzy's Impact - a charity that is so close to our hearts. The synergy between Chris and Izzy, two people who never met, but whose memories are leaving a legacy, is honestly quite remarkable 😌

The day was not without its hiccups and anyone who attended could probably attest to how stressed I was at times
but it was made a whole lot easier by Adam, & Auntie Julie, who slogged it out in the tent with me. We eventually found our flow and they absolutely smashed it 💥

Big up Geo and the rest of the tournament committee, as well as our sponsors Go Play Sports, for another amazing day - we have raised well into the thousands again I believe 🤯

Here’s to 2027 - bigger and better! And special mention to our HAK MAC on slide 3 😏 spicy gochujang gooey goodness, from what I’m hearing, it went down a treat!
